ISI Scholarships

ISI Honours Scholarships . Two rounds per year

QUT's Information Security Institute (ISI) is a multi-disciplinary institute that is offering up to 4 scholarships valued at $5,000 each for students undertaking Honours projects. These awards are for living expenses and will be bound by the usual QUT rules on scholarships. Applicants must apply for specific project areas nominated by ISI researchers. Preference will be given for cross-faculty and/or inter-disciplinary projects. Selection will be made based on academic excellence. Please click here for the list of projects offered.
The ISI has two rounds each year, and a call for applications will be advertised up to one month prior to commencement of Semester 1 and Semester 2.

ISI Top-Up Awards

QUT's Information Security Institute (ISI) offers Top-Up Awards to the best applicants within the built environment and engineering, Business, Law and Science & Technology disciplines who are offered an Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) or equivalent, and who have an undergraduate course GPA of 6 (on a seven-point scale) or above.

QUT-ISI Research Write Up Scholarships

Write Up Scholarship are available to students who are writing up revision before submission of their final bound thesis, or writing up publications after submission of the thesis for external examination and who are currently:

• enrolled in a QUT Doctorate or Professional Doctorate or Research Masters, and who are completing revisions following external examination:
• undertaking an ISI research project
• full time study
• not normally in receipt of any other scholarship or in receipt of full time paid work.
